If we made a mistake, or your glasses don't feel right, we make them again. Free.
Free remake
Tell us within 10 days of getting your glasses if the lenses don't match the prescription you gave us, or the glasses don't feel comfortable. We make a new pair and pay the postage both ways.
If a number you gave us is wrong
We make your glasses from the numbers you give us. Before we make anything, you type your prescription twice and we check it with you. If a number you gave us was wrong, we can't remake them for free. A new pair is a new order.
Changed your mind?
Each pair is made for your eyes, so we can't take it back if you change your mind. If something is wrong, we fix it.
Your rights
None of this changes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
